Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities


Experience: Experience an asset


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Nursing home, Home care agency


Specific Skills: Assess patients' physical abilities, Administer evaluative tests and procedures, Plan physiotherapy programs, Select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations, Maintain clinical and progress reports, Confer with other health professionals


Essential Skills: Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing


Other Information:$2,000 Sign-on Bonus Provide services in LTC, schools and community settings. Duties include conducting assessments, making recommendations, planning & implementing treatment programs.
